Our Semi-Private Personal Training (1 Coach : 4 People) gives you the best of both worlds — small group energy with real coaching and customized programming.

You’ll train with a few like-minded people while still getting:

  • Individual attention

  • A program built around your goals

  • Coaching on form and technique

  • Motivation from the group

Every session is led by a professional trainer who makes sure you’re training smart, safely, and effectively.

Whether your goal is to build strength, lose fat, improve endurance, or just feel better day to day, semi-private training gives you structure, accountability, and a supportive environment to stay consistent.
