Iokepa Bahilot - Owner & Director of Training 

Iokepa began his career in fitness back in 2010 and has since coached over 15,000 sessions, helping clients of all backgrounds get stronger, move better, and build lasting confidence through thoughtful, results-driven training.

 

As the founder and Director of Training at Elite Fitness Hawaii, Iokepa now focuses most of his time on developing the gym’s programs, mentoring coaches, and leading semi-private sessions. While he isn’t available for as many one-on-one sessions these days, the systems, training style, and supportive environment he’s created are a core part of every client’s experience.

 

His approach is rooted in strength training, sustainable lifestyle habits, and helping people enjoy the process of getting healthier. Whether he’s coaching on the floor or working behind the scenes, his mission stays the same—to help people move better, feel better, and live stronger.

Daniel Hara - Certified Personal Trainer

Meet Daniel, an incredibly passionate and certified personal trainer with a wealth of experience in the fitness industry. With a focus on functional, strength, and mobility techniques, he has successfully created personalized programs for a wide variety of clients, tailoring each program to fit their unique lifestyle and goals.

Daniel's fitness journey began as a personal trainer at UFC Gym, where he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of what it takes to help clients achieve their goals. He has since expanded his knowledge and skill set, becoming a professional recovery and massage therapist, further enhancing his ability to help clients reach their full potential.

With an unwavering commitment to his clients, Daniel's ultimate goal is to help them build confidence, overall health, and a sense of fulfillment that is sustainable over time. He believes that fitness should be a journey that is enjoyable and rewarding, and he works tirelessly to ensure that his clients feel supported and motivated every step of the way.

Anastasiia Lychagina - Certified Personal Trainer

Meet Anastasiia, our vibrant and certified personal trainer igniting the gym floor with experience and passion. Specializing in weight loss, strength conditioning, and flexibility development, Anastasiia excels at crafting personalized programs tailored to fit each client's unique lifestyle and goals.

Anastasiia's fitness journey began in 2018, where she began fine-tuning her skills and gained invaluable insights into helping clients smash their goals. Expanding her expertise, she delved into prenatal and postal exercise, and post-physical therapy exercise adding an extra dimension to her ability to support clients in reaching their full potential.

 

Driven by an unwavering dedication to her clients, Anastasiia's aim is to help her clients cultivate confidence, holistic health, and lasting fulfillment. She firmly believes that fitness should be an enjoyable and rewarding journey, going above and beyond to ensure her clients feel empowered and motivated every step of the way.

Lori Malins - Certified Personal Trainer

Lori is a NASM-certified personal trainer who found her way into strength training in her late 30s. After years of doing HIIT-style classes that didn’t quite deliver the results she was hoping for, she decided to take a different approach. That decision led her to try weight training, and it clicked. She began to get stronger, feel more confident, and found a new passion for fitness she hadn’t felt before.

As a mom of two and someone who spent most of her life in an office setting, Lori knows how overwhelming stepping into a gym can feel, especially for beginners. That personal experience drives the way she trains and supports others today.

Now a certified trainer, Lori is focused on helping clients build strength, confidence, and lasting habits, no matter their starting point. She’s also working toward her NASM Senior Fitness certification to better serve clients in different stages of life. Her training style is holistic, blending strength work with cardio, flexibility, nutrition, and mental well-being to create real, sustainable progress.

Lori knows it’s never too late to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. She brings that perspective into every session, creating a space where you can start at your own pace and build from there. If you’re looking for a coach who truly understands the process, Lori is someone you can trust to guide you through it.
